What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. -
Does the resort allow early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to room availability upon arrival or departure. Additional charges may apply. If you have an early or late flight, our reception desk can securely store your luggage for free so you can enjoy our facilities.

Is there an age requirement for check-in?
Guests of all ages are welcome. However, the person registering the room at check-in must be an adult. Please have a valid passport or government-issued photo ID ready upon arrival.

What makes the rooms at Ao Nang Fiore Resort unique?
Our 79 eco-friendly rooms and villas are elegantly integrated into the lush, natural jungle landscape. They feature distinctive dome-shaped bamboo roof structures, natural materials, flower themes, and private balconies that frame either rainforest or stunning mountain views.

What is the difference between the villas?
We offer options tailored to different travel styles, including our Deluxe Cottages (comfort in a nature setting), standalone Villas, and luxury Jacuzzi/Spa Bath Villas which feature private outdoor or indoor soothing hot tubs.

Are your villas easily accessible for guests with limited mobility?
Because our resort is built on a natural hillside cliff, some villas are located on higher terrain. We recommend that guests who prefer minimal walking or have limited mobility request a villa on Level 1 during booking.

How do guests travel up and down the hill inside the resort?
We provide a complimentary, 24/7 internal resort golf-cart shuttle service. Simply contact reception or flag down a driver, and we will happily drive you to or from your villa, the restaurant, or the pool area at any time.

Does the resort have an on-site restaurant?
Yes! Our beautiful restaurant features traditional Thai architecture and serves a delicious daily breakfast buffet, fresh seafood, local Thai delicacies, and international favorites. Room service options are also available.

Do you serve Halal food?
Yes, our kitchen features a selection of finely crafted Halal cuisine alongside standard offerings.

Does Ao Nang Fiore Resort serve alcohol?
Please note that our property does not serve alcohol. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy privately in their villas, or explore the local nightlife located just minutes away.

Is there a swimming pool on-site?
Yes. Guests have access to our breathtaking infinity swimming pool, which offers sweeping panoramic views of Krabi’s famous limestone mountains. We also have a dedicated kids’ pool for families.

What is the Ao-Nangfioré Adventure Zip Line Park?
Located right at the heart of our resort, our zip-line park offers a safe and thrilling treetop adventure suitable for adventurers and families with children (recommended for ages 4 and up). Professional assistants guide participants through the games.

Do you provide Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout all guest villas and public resort spaces. Free private on-site parking is available for guests arriving by car (no reservation required).

How far is the resort from the center of Ao Nang and the beach?
We are located a quick 5-minute drive (approx. 2.5 km) from the center of Ao Nang Beach and a 10-minute drive from Nopparat Thara Beach.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service to the beach?
Yes, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to local points of interest 3 times a day. Alternatively, local tuk-tuks are readily available outside the resort for a nominal fee (around 100 THB), or you can arrange car/scooter hire directly through our 24-hour reception desk.

How do I get to the resort from Krabi Airport?
Krabi International Airport is approximately a 30-to-40 minute drive away (approx. 24 km). We provide a private airport transfer service for a surcharge (approx. 800 THB per way). Please contact our reservations team in advance to secure your booking.

What is the pet policy?
To maintain a peaceful and allergy-free environment for all guests, pets are not allowed anywhere on the resort premises.

What is your policy regarding children and extra beds?
• Children under 4 years old stay free when utilizing existing bedding.
• Guests aged 4 years and older are considered adults regarding room capacity and bedding rates. Extra beds or bedding requirements vary by room type. -
